Abstract

In today’s world of crisis and uncertainty, it seems undeniable that the quality of corporate governance is one of the factors to consider during the process of business evaluation. The aim of this paper is therefore the creation of an index for assessing the quality of corporate governance, to be used by banks as part of their credit worthiness assessment procedures.
