‘Conscious’ and ‘Unconscious’ Repetitions in Latin Hexameter Poetry from Ennius to Lucan

This contribution seeks to draw up a typology of repetition in Latin\r\nhexameter poetry that also considers possible textual corruptions in cases when\r\nrepetitions have no marked rhetorical function (as e.g. in anaphora, epiphora,\r\nepanalepsis), in order to distinguish between what is determined by author’s\r\nchoice and what is due to copyists’ practice.
