Abstract
The theme of reconciliation demands to be addressed in a new way; the reconciliation can not be just a balance of work and family time, but it must become an opportunity to promote the passage of a utilitarian conception of the work to the idea of working existential as well. In this way the man becomes the guiding criterion by which the work environment can be defined as a place of personal and community well-being.
