Abstract

[Ita:]Il lavoro afferma che non può essere precluso, sia dal punto di vista bioetico che biogiuridico, il diritto del soggetto arruolato in una sperimentazione di accedere ai dati genetici desunti, nell'ambito della medesima, da propri materiali biologici, fermo il dovere di fornire tali dati con un counseling genetico adeguato. Viene peraltro ritenuto lecito non prevedere una ordinaria comunicazione di quei dati, in assenza di una esplicita richiesta, quando gli stessi non possano assumere alcun significato per il soggetto di cui sopra, potendo produrre, conseguentemente, apprensioni ingiustificate.
