Technological advancements, the greening of the economv, globalisation, and demographic chanes characterised by an aging population. This confluence of forces is not only reshaping the nature of work but also
fundamentally altering the skill set required to perform individual jobs. Our study focuses on the intra-occupational skill change, the evolution of skill demands within specific professions.
We identify two dimension of change. The first dimension, the extensive margin, refers to acquiring new skills and competences alongside the obsolescence and discarding of outdated ones.
The second dimension, the intensive margin, captures the changing emphasis placed on existing skills within an occupation. . We assess these changes using a large sample of Online Job Advertisements in Lombardy region (IT)
