Abstract

Alterations of the PTEN pathway play a role in the\r\npathogenesis of some aggressive non-Hodgkin B cell\r\nlymphomas and other cancers, while germline PTEN\r\nmutations predispose to the cancer-associated Cowden\r\nsyndrome (CS).
