Abstract
The article examines the role WMD could play in the strategy of radical Islamist organizations and the importance of the “ideological dimension” in their struggle.
At the same time, it analyzes the “spatial dimension” of the threat outlined above - in other words – where these movements could acquire the know-how, tools and materials required for obtaining WMD and the role “black spots” and weak-failed States could play in this scenario
