Abstract
This chapter analyses and presents the results of the pilot survey in order to highlight the main characteristics of the victimisation of European businesses. In general, three different groups of countries can be identified based on the estimated prevalence rates and their 90% confidence intervals. The first group includes the seven countries that can be considered not significantly different from the European average, while the other two groups consists of those countries with values significantly higher or lower than the continental average.
