Abstract
A privileged space for subjectivity and reflexivity, the self-story makes it possible to offer a specific identity transition space. The hypothesis underlying this assertion presupposes that the story allows the subject to be constructed as such and is based on the conviction that, through a reflexive feedback on himself, the subject becomes aware of a certain number of identity traits that are structured through the development of the story. Therefore, narrative activity is presented as an open, fragmented, incomplete, and often unfinished possibility, in which identity finds expression in passages, transformations, and paths whose meanings can be grasped. \ r\nIn professional biographies, we consider that subjects produce and raise awareness of their own knowledge in a process of self-transformation. In this perspective, the power of training opens up to the ability to shape one's own existential project.
