Abstract
Reflecting on acceptance, welcoming in pedagogy means thinking about
and work on the very essence of education.
In fact, there is no educational act that can be called authentic without welcome; there is no intentional educational process without this assumption, which is often underestimated in its importance or emptied of its deepest meaning.
Encounter, relationship and formative presence in a class group depend on
on the intentionality and ability of each teacher to enter into relationship
with each other, with a girl and/or a boy, thus creating an appropriate
educational climate, which is essential to promote the learning process.
