A New Theoretical Approach to the Problems of Economic Growth

Risultato della ricerca: Contributo in libroChapter

Abstract

This paper was presented at a "Study Week" of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences in October 1963 and it contains for the first time the publication of chapters I to VI of LLP’s PhD dissertation that had just been presented at the University of Cambridge, England. When this paper was delivered at the “Vatican Conference”, it stimulated very interesting and long discussions by the eminent economists who had been invited to the "Study Week", in particular by Mahalanobis, Dorfman, Koopmans, Allais, and Ragnar Frisch (whose contribution remained unpublished).
