Abstract
We observed a patient Whose clinical symptomatology began as a subarachnoid hemorrhage, but without features of hemorrhage at the lumbar puncture and as Ct-scan. Only the cerebral arterial angiography conclusively showed a picture of "benign acute cerebral antipathy.
