Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] A comprehensive account of the 10th "Symposium on pesticide defense in the food and food protection industries" is provided, held in Piacenza from 20 to 22 September 2017. The conference is held every five years and was organized, like the previous editions, by entomologists of DI.PRO VE.S. of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. The contents of the reports and other contributions presented are summarized.
