Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, of a criminological nature, deals with the theme of "victimological" or "victim-like" predispositions, ie the factors that expose to a high risk of experiencing victimization. Particular attention is then devoted to two specific profiles of vulnerability to crime: the vulnerability of subjects with disabilities and psychic vulnerability, understood as vulnerability to aggression directed against moral freedom.
