Abstract
To make effective integration for migrant workers it needs vocational and technological policies in order to realize the three main objectives written in the Preamble of 1919 ILO Constitution as peace, justice, competitiveness. The paper suggests twenty-five policies with the aim at letting, helping and making 2nd migrant generations to live as integrated people in host societies after migration.
