Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The interest in sustainability is increasing in the wine sector both from the producer and the consumer point of view. Although several studies have assessed the importance of consumer preferences regarding the choice of wine, still little has been investigated about the objective and subjective interactions that move towards sustainable choices.
