Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The project concerned the detailed study (genome sequencing and metabolomics) of 51 Italian native wine vines and, for some of them, an investigation on transcriptomics, epigenomics and some case studies on the genotype-environment interaction. Alongside specific chapters for each experimental approach (sequencing, transcriptomics, epigenomics, genotyping with SNP, metabolomics, genotype-environment interaction), which explain the objectives to be pursued and the main results, there is a brief description in the first part of the book each of the 51 grape varieties affected by the project.
