[Autom. eng. transl.] The article, starting from the strong link between experience and learning, aims to answer the following questions. In the first place, what does it imply to give value to experience in work contexts? In this regard, the answer is to be formulated by evaluating the experience of the workers, both in its generality, both in reference to the different spheres of life and in terms of the informal component that marks the workplace. Secondly, what training strategies are needed to give value to the experience? This contribution proposes some devices, which allow workers to become aware of their own experience, to detect the knowledge that derives from it, to share this knowledge and to develop further ones.
