Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay focuses on some relationships that exist between the dimension of the juridical "form", also in relation to its possible pathological declination in a self-referential sense, and the complexity underlying the existential dynamics in the projection in a vitalistic key that they can receive in representation. artistic. In this way we tried to re-read the theme of the relationship between the juridical sphere, caught in its constitutively formal profile, and vital worlds starting from the position of Georg Simmel. In this sense, the framework of totalitarianisms (melius: pre-totalitarianisms) established in the first decades of the last century and, particularly, the nascent National Socialism, is taken as a point of observation. More precisely, what is of interest here is his long incubation phase within the German society of the Twenties, characterized by the tragic and contradictory experience of the Weimar Republic and which, in this line, should be understood as a sort of true and its own historical laboratory in which the complexity of the form-law relationship has emerged according to a particularly relevant configuration. A laboratory investigated from a particular perspective such as that proposed by an author as with the eyes and through the eyes of an artist like George Grosz (1893-1959) whose relevance, however, goes far beyond the mere reference to the historical scenarios just indicated up to turn out to be a useful key to understanding the socio-political structures of the second half of the twentieth century.
