Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years, in the Italian context, we are witnessing a paradigm shift in the
programming and implementation of public policies. The Third Sector Code and other
consequent regulatory interventions have recognized and formalized the opportunity to start shared
administration paths, introducing new formal and legal methods of
relationship between public administrations and Third Sector organizations. The nature of
these relationships is based on the principle of subsidiarity, on collaborative logics, on mutual recognition and
on the sharing of responsibilities, resources and skills.
The contribution provides a regulatory framework relating to shared administration and presents
the collaborative tools of co-programming and co-design, outlining the
methodological and procedural aspects.
