Abstract
This contribution analyzes the role of training oriented toward the ecological transition in the socio-occupational reintegration of inactive adult men. Through a qualitative investigation based on a review of the literature and semi-structured interviews, the study examines experiences from the third sector and public governance. The findings show how sustainability may be understood as a pedagogical perspective for reactivation, capable of connecting work, social inclusion, competences, and community responsibility.
