Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent decades emblematic environmental emergencies have questioned pedagogy with respect to values, choices, behaviors: climate change and the loss of biodiversity, excessive consumption of soil and access to clean water are some of the issues caused by the irresponsible use of resources natural. In considering the seriousness of environmental issues and their connection with the quality of human life, the essay confirms the hypothesis that it is possible to change the dominant development model in the sign of integral ecology if connected to a profound revision of policies and lifestyles, production processes and organizational projects, not unrelated to the pedagogy of the company which supports organizational contexts as hubs of human training and promotion of the common good
