[Autom. eng. transl.] The contemporary economic analysis is, in part prevalent, essentially dynamic: economic phenomena are considered in their evolution over time; and the system development process was placed at the center of the investigation. This research approach is fairly recent and is followed here. Until the twenties and thirties, "development had a strange position (in economic theory): it was always seen around without ever being invited to enter. The long-term dynamic was abandoned to historians, while economists were concerned with statics.
