Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After reconstructing the EU reference framework on energy, the contribution investigates the issue of trans-European energy networks, starting from decision n. 1364/2006 / CE of the European Parliament and of the Council. Through this act, the European Union has outlined the key principles of Community action on energy networks, which are based on the need to achieve interconnection, interoperability and access to networks.
