Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume collects, on the one hand, the texts of the reports of the Convention Truth of the Precept and of the penal sanction to the trial of the trial, held in Milan, at the headquarters of the Catholic University on 22 June 2012 as part of the PRIN 2008 "Relations between law substantial criminal and criminal trial ", coordinated by Prof. D. Pulitanò, on the other hand contributions to the same project by the scholars involved in the Federico Stella Study Center.
