Abstract
Italian graduates with high competence in German language and extensive knowledge in the areas of Business Communication and/or International Relations are the target group of spe- cific scientific investigations. These account for their competence level and analyse relevant in- tercultural aspects of communication with its verbal and non-verbal components. This paper describes a specific competence-profile for intercultural communication in knowledge-based, competitive and innovative Europe.
