Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Foreign words that do not only come from elsewhere, but also the contact of languages, jostle and enrich the sound repertoire of French speakers with, sometimes, effects of opacity for learners of FLE, even where we would expect to a total transparency (see the Anglo-American words also present in the L1). It is urgent to open the ears of learners with multiple accents of speakers who, all over the world, speak French.
Translated title of the contribution | [Autom. eng. transl.] Contemporary phonetic variations: transparency and opacity in the globalized language market. On the side of FLE. |
