Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Figure skating is a sport in which athletes are subjected to an intense training load, especially the elite ones. To better understand their physiological and biomechanical characteristics, a literature review was carried out in which it was possible to identify an analysis of the anthropometric profile and neuromuscular activation during the execution of some jumps. Two degree theses on the effectiveness of bilateral training and the prevalence of low back pain symptoms were then included.
