Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from 2003, in implementation of the provisions of law 388 of 2000, the Interprofessional Joint Funds for Continuing Education were activated. These are organizations of an associative nature promoted by the representative organizations of the Social Parties which are called to manage a new regulatory system for continuous training, based on the principle of consultation. Although with delays and uncertainties, their implementation is now well underway. Fondimpresa, made up of Confindustria and Cgil, Cisl and Uil, is the Fund with the largest number of participating workers. The Fund is divided into two financing methods: the Training Account, is the individual account of each member company and the System Account, a collective account designed to support small member companies. Obr Fondimpresa Lombardy, the territorial articulation of Fondimpresa in the region with the largest number of member companies and workers involved, since the start of the fund at full speed has taken charge of monitoring, evaluation, dissemination and promotion activities by delegation for the Plans territorial training programs approved on the System Account. The volume presents the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities carried out between March 2007 and September 2010 on the first three notices under Fondimpresa's regime (Notice 1/2006, 1/2007 and 2/2008). The objective of the work is twofold: on the one hand, to return to the system operators some elements of reflection useful for improving the system; on the other hand, launch a debate on the role of evaluation in Joint Interprofessional Funds for Continuing Education. For this reason, in addition to illustrating the design of the evaluation research experimented in the first three years, useful suggestions are proposed for the design of an evaluation model that increasingly meets the specificities of the system. The book is mainly addressed to the stakeholders of the Fondimpresa system in Lombardy, with the hope that it can contribute to the growth of a culture of continuous training evaluation and that it can stimulate a debate in the more complex system of Joint Interprofessional Funds for Continuing Education.
