Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Nudging, or gentle nudging, is widely applied as
soft persuasion tool to the fulfillment of
acts that in the past were normally entrusted to the rule of law in successful public policies
uncertain. From smoking damage to health foods, from
organ donation to population screenings - per
to mention only the health sector -, the alternative ways of agile citizens' adherence to the "suggestions" of
policy maker have proved to be effective and effective measures
efficient, with low implementation costs and results
appreciable, including the ability to preserve spaces of choice
free. of these reasons explains why many states have resorted to nudging measures in the fight against COVID-19, applying it in a variety of contexts
- from hand washing to physical distancing to apps
contact tracing - to quickly convey appropriate behavior and to guide without forcing its citizens along safety paths.
