Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The book is based on many years of research on the relationship between cognitive and didactic neuroscience, expresses the reflection on the experiences of professional development of teachers and managers met in almost twenty years of training, explains the way of thinking about the school underlying the didactic paradigm of the EAS (situated learning episodes). The result is a reflection that moves between education and school pedagogy, organization and education, planning and evaluation and replaces it by updating the lesson of some great masters. What is indicated is a school of doing, which finds in innovation the most effective strategy for not losing the value of tradition and in which the three verbs "predict-produce-reflect" become the ternary rhythm of thinking and acting of the 'teacher.
