[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution constitutes the transcription of a report/lesson held by the Author. to the students of the Augustinianum College of the Catholic University of Milan, included in the series of meetings "The Augustinianum college in conversation with the Constitutional Court", held during the acc. 2012-2013. In the essay the A. tries to reconstruct, from the perspective of the constitutionalist, the complexity of the political and institutional phase initiated as a consequence of the crisis of the IV Berlusconi Government, while offering a reading and interpretation in the light of the theory of Forms of Government.
