Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The educational work unfolds within one's personal and professional history: motivations, impulses, and slowdowns depend largely on the experiential experience of the educator, who very often remains unaware. It is a question of understanding the importance of experiential learning in the educational paths of educators and of using approaches and tools such as the construction of a bio-professional autobiography, to monitor the paths of educators, enhance the resources and take care of the limits.
