Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article proposes the network analysis of a real case of social service. It is shown that the analysis of individual needs is not able to grasp the specificities of situations like this, in which both members of the family unit are both "users" in need of help, and main caregiver of their family member. This dimension of interdependence emerges during a crisis. It is emphasized that the (albeit residual) capacity for caregiving is not only a resource for the other, but could also be an important element in the identity and meaning of the life of the carer.
