Abstract
This volume discusses the results of a national research on organizational diversity management practices addressed to migrant and refugee workers.
It has been realised within the project DimiCome (www.ismu.org/dimicome) financed by the European Integration Found, carried in five Italian regions through desk analysis, focus groups and specific case studies.
In particular, the text dwells on diversity management practicies (and their relation with equal employment opportuinities), internal and external factors facilitating inclusive interventions, and advantages for people, organizations, and communities.
