Abstract
The article states that human freedom is limited and declined in a given set of opportunities that the world offers. Its typical feature is that it is a freedom “for something”, and not so much a freedom “from” someone or something. It is a freedom for a world: every individual can look at reality as an expression of his desires and will. In each of such expressions, the individual determines and builds himself.
