Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The growing expansion of the markets on which companies operate, together with the intensification of competitive dynamics, have led companies to forms of different collaborations in terms of intensity, formalization and duration. The present contribution offers a synopsis of the different ways in which intercompany aggregations are carried out, highlighting their particular aims and characteristics.
