Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text begins by examining the sources of the "Curious impertinent", the brief novel interspersed by Cervantes in Don Quixote. He continues commenting on the plot of the story, relating it to some critical texts. He ends by reflecting on three points: the vagueness of the topographic references of Florence, the honor as the true protagonist of history, the influence of chance on human vicissitudes.
