Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article proposes the detailed analysis of a real case, in which there was the informal activation of a coping network, thanks to which an action to prevent the suicidal behavior of an old woman was possible. Starting from this analysis, some methodological junctions of the relational network approach are discussed: the difference between technical problems and life problems, the (relative) discretion necessary for the relational action of social workers, natural facilitation.
