The book develops an analysis of 30 Italian mid-sized companies. The study is particularly devoted to deep into the companies’ business models and strategies of growth and of strategic positioning in order to focalize scholars’ attention to the real and vital “treasure” of the Italian manufacturing industry. Authors develops an analytical framework entering into a detailed interpretation of the main important characteristics of successful Italian mi-sized manufacturing companies.
