Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This document represents the collection of the wealth of information available regarding the activities that have marked the development of the Regional Operational Program Objective 3 FSE of the programming 2000-2006, in order to acquire a better understanding of the scenarios, strategies, readings and valences attributed to the vocational training system by the various parties involved, also in order to have elements of knowledge that can be spent on the new 2007-2013 programming period. The articulation of the document is developed in three parts, with the intent to offer quantitative and qualitative cleavages of knowledge, obtained from the action contexts mentioned above, able to offer contributions and stimuli for a thoughtful reflection on the training system professional in Valle d'Aosta. The first part proposes a series of considerations, with a predominantly descriptive cut, which return a set of information and data referring to the panorama of the organizations, the professional figures, the volumes of activities carried out, the participation of the operators, the resources managed and the relationship between training actions and the current accreditation system. The second part offers a survey of the main representations, readings and interpretations that are widespread and relevant among the main actors of the system, training organizations and trainers, with reference to the configuration and functioning of the training in Valle d'Aosta. The third part tries to summarize the main problems identified, linking them on the one hand to the reference context and, on the other, specifying lines of development and operational implications that seem to suggest indications in terms of priorities and consequent operational actions.
