Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The author comments on sentence n. 120/2014 of the Constitutional Court, which, despite the declaration of inadmissibility of the question referred to it, considers it represents a significant step forward in the constitutional jurisprudence on the self-claim of the Chambers, as it indicates to remitten the "natural seat" to address the issue (conflict between powers)
