Abstract
The contribution highlights the potential of the Pisogne area in the diachronic recomposition of a mining landscape, given that the area retains many traces of modern-day mining operations, but is still able to bear witness to pre-industrial practices and to restore fragments of ancient cultivation activities; all of this is set in an environmental context that is also rich in landscape and historical-cultural values.
