Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper proposes a critique of the so-called security requirements that led to theorizing the so-called criminal law of the enemy. As an alternative, it is proposed a criminal political model oriented towards social integration and the promotion of consensus towards normative precepts, according to the principles of restorative justice.
