Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The changes in the EU regulatory framework have significant repercussions at national level, because in Italy agricultural soils and forests have strong specificities of intervention. New and important issues to be understood and resolved are required, in order to be able to direct and define a framework of measures and policies that can guarantee the achievement of emissions mitigation objectives and, at the same time, guarantee productivity, as well as the necessary adaptation measures. of the sector to climate change.
