Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This is a comment on a recent sentence by the Lombardy TAR that deserves to be reported for multiple reasons. In particular, it highlights how the sentence appears interesting in that it takes a position on a particularly topical issue: the power of regulatory power in the regional system in light of the recent reforms of Title V of the Constitution. THERE. explores the various issues, making use of extensive references to previous opinions on doctrine and jurisprudence.
