Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Social robotics exerts a high level of "technological amazement" in those who see these machines in human form for the first time, an amazement that is however destined to disappear also due to the progressive use in contexts not only related to entertainment and communication, but also in the field of services. It is therefore essential to develop studies on the interaction between humans and robots in the natural social contexts of use.
