Tutor aziendale e competenze d'impresa. Report della ricerca

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume illustrates the data of a survey that began in 2022 within the research project promoted by the Catholic University entitled: "The integration of school, university, professional training, company systems" whose objective concerns the promotion of interventions to support company tutoring, according to a network approach and in an interinstitutional perspective. The book is the result of the contribution of some of the most important professional training bodies in the Lombardy Region involved in the sector of designing and managing first-level apprenticeship training courses: C.I.O.F.S F.P Lombardia, Fondazione ENAIP Lombardia, Fondazione Luigi CLERICI, GALDUS Società Cooperativa Sociale, ITS Academy INNOVAPROFESSIONI, SACRA FAMIGLIA. Research experiences show that from a close synergy between the actors of professional training and the company it is possible to develop training courses in which tutoring reveals all its educational relevance for the purposes of training apprentices. Educational professionalism can contribute to making the way of life in work contexts more humane: by humanizing the production system, by intensifying the processes initiated by professional training for dignified work, by encouraging a new sense of duty of the company towards the protection of workers and their safety.
