Abstract
The deep rooted historical, cultural and religious ties between the Arabs and Turkey are more and more often advocated nowadays as the basis on which the GCC States and the Republic of Turkey are re-structuring and strenghthening their relations with the clear aim to enhance cooperation in the economic, commercial, political and cultural fields.
