Abstract

Relationship between art and truth, Statute of the literary legitimacy of fiction: to literary discussion of these issues between the sixteenth and seventeenth century Campanella offers an original solution, giving theoretical and saving value to baroque language. The themes of the salvific value of poetry and responsibility of the writer appear in their similarities than contemporary philosophical interpretations of literature, such as Barthes and Derrida.
